Cactus Cities Softball League is excited to also be hosting the 2015 NAGAAA Cup the same weekend as Saguaro Cup. Since NAGAAA Cup is an A and B team tournament, the Saguaro Cup 2015 tournament will consist of Open C and D teams only as well as Women's A-D teams.

You must RSVP for the NAGAAA Cup by January 15, 2015.
The entry fee for the NAGAAA Cup is $450 and due by February 1, 2015. Please mail checks to the NAGAAA Treasurer, Jerry Travis.
The purpose of the Saguaro Cup is to foster local, regional, national and international sports competition predominately for gays, lesbians and anyone dedicated to promotion of the amateur athletic experience for persons of all skill levels and abilities regardless of sexual orientation, gender, race, creed, religion or national origin.
In addition, our primary focus of the sports festival is to provide venues for adult slow-pitch softball competition in order to develop people of all abilities and experience to participate in sports competitions.

The Saguaro Cup Softball Tournament began in 1994 with 28 teams and has taken place every year since, culminating now with Saguaro Cup 22 in 2015. The tournament has grown into the premier Gay Softball Tournament in the Southwest, consistently ranking as one of the largest Gay Softball Tournaments in the country, following closely behind the Gay Softball World Series. Covered both locally and nationally in Gay and Softball related media, the Saguaro Cup is sanctioned by the Amateur Softball Association (ASA).
In 2005, the tournament was renamed the Saguaro Cup Sports Festival as a response to the addition of new kickoff and closing parties to the tournament. The 2010 Tournament also set a new record in the history of the Saguaro Cup with the participation of 101 teams from all across the country. We look forward to having you participate in this years festivities!
The tournament is scheduled for April 17-19, 2015.

Important Saguaro Cup Deadlines:
Early registration for $385 ends on March 20, 2015.
Late registration for $450 ends on April 3, 2015.
All payments must be made by April 3, 2015.
All rosters must be submitted by April 3, 2015. Last minute roster changes can be made in person at the registration party on April 17, 2015.

To register please fill out the payment form and pay. If you are paying by certified payment via snail mail, please send us an email using our contact form so we now to keep an eye out for your payment. Our treasurer will confirm with you once your payment is received.
Our online forms will be available when registration opens on December 1, 2014.

Please note, there will be a mandatory coaches meeting on April 17, 2015 where the coaches packets and rules are reviewed.
The tournament brackets can be found on the schedule page. They will not be posted until registration has been closed on April 3, 2015.
If you are a player looking to get picked up by a team, please send us an email using our contact form, listing your rating and the positions you would like to play. Please include in your message that you are allowing us to post your contact information online, which in turn will make it easier for you to be connected with coaches looking for players.
To make it easier to get coaches and players connected, we have created the document below listing all relevant information for the current list of pick up players. Please let us know if any of the information is outdated (for example, a player needs to be added to the list or someone got picked up on a team). Please note, to be added to the list, you need to send us an email stating you give permission for your contact information to be shared.
